Kate Allen, P.E. provides business consulting services for the architecture/engineering industry, where she focuses on business planning, operational and financial strategies, and compensation strategies. Prior to becoming a business consultant she was a consulting mechanical engineer involved in the design and construction of hospitals and healthcare facilities. In addition, Kate teaches as adjunct faculty at the University of Denver, teaching a capstone course in the MBA program that allows students to gain hands on experience providing consulting services for companies, prior to graduation. She is a native of Denver and enjoys the Colorado mountains through cycling, hiking, camping and back country skiing. Kate holds a BA in Psychology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Colorado, as well as an MBA from the University of Denver.
